Autonomous Circular Factory

Made for one. Not for all.

One-of-a-kind pieces of your own design, made to measure — from clothing that already exists. No overproduction. No waste. Only yours.

Tap anywhere — the threads weave your next piece.

Act I — The Line

Fashion became a line. Produce, wear, discard — one direction, one end. The line is fast. The line is cheap. And the line makes for all — never for you.

Produce — Wear — Discard

The line, on record

Where the line leads

Produce

8%

of global CO₂ emissions come from the fashion industry

≈ 1.2 billion tonnes of CO₂ per year

more than international flights (≈ 2%) and maritime shipping (≈ 2%) combined

Discard

1

truckload of textiles is landfilled or burned every single second

Return

<1%

of clothing is recycled into new clothing

Out of 100 garments, not even one makes it back.

The turn

And what if there were a way back?

We bend the line back into a circle.

Our mission: the end of the straight line. What the line throws away is meant to become material — for the opposite of mass.

Act II — The Circle

Waste in. One-off out.

Status: vision — not yet built

A factory whose conveyor has no end — four stations, one circle. This is its blueprint, running as a simulation.

Verifiable anchors, not hype: near-infrared sorting has run at industrial scale since 2020 (SIPTex Malmö) · robots already feed folding machines with soft laundry · disassembly stitching opens garments on demand (Resortecs) — and none of it sews garments in general. That exact gap is drawn dashed above.

None of this is built. We'd rather show you the blueprint than pretend.

AI, done right

AI can speed up the line. Or close the circle.

On the line

Predict, push, repeat

Recommendation engines tuned to make you buy the next thing, faster. AI that feeds the line — manufacturing new wants.

In the circle

See, separate, reclaim

AI aimed at the discard pile: it is meant to untangle what was thrown away so it can live again.

The hard problem in the circle was never the sewing — it is untangling the discarded: mixed fibres, fastenings, seams, dyes. A pile no human line can sort at scale. That is exactly where the machine is meant to work: sort the fabric and build the piece. Nothing more. The design stays yours — you set the style, you make every decision. The AI never designs.

How it works

This is your side of the circle — from the first sentence to a documented blueprint. You hold the thread, the machine holds the needle.

  1. You design

One sentence is enough. The idea is yours — and stays yours.

  2. You decide

The engine asks, you choose: cut, fabric, colour. Every answer sharpens your piece.

  3. Your measurements

Nine body measurements — by photo right in your browser, by hand, or from a preset. An estimate, adjustable anytime.

  4. Your blueprint

A documented one-off — ready for the day the circle closes for the first time.

The circle is waiting for its first piece.

Wear something that exists only once.

Describe your idea — you design your piece, we make it. Made to measure, from recycled clothing.
